Please be aware that completing the online purchase process or sending our confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Rather, your request is considered acceptable to us when it is delivered only to you and subject to receiving the full amount. You can review the submitted applications and review their current status at any time by visiting our website and clicking on “Sign In” at the top of the page, and then “Track your application”.

If we are unable to supply the products you ordered and we do not complete your order for any reason, we will inform you of that. This may be due to the product being sold out or because we have found an error in the product price. And if you have paid for these products, we will refund the full amount paid to you to the card you used for payment, as quickly as possible and reasonable.

 

Cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting our customer service department during business hours and within an hour of the request or sending the cancellation request through the website. Please be aware that we are not able to accept cancellations outside of these times as the order has already been completed and can be canceled through our Refund / Refund process only. If you paid by credit card or any debit card, and you canceled the request in accordance with this clause, we will process a refund (if necessary) and as soon as possible, but we are not responsible for the period required for the return of that process to appear in your account.

If you wish to return your order in exchange for a refund or exchange it for specific products, you must inform us within 15 days of receiving your order. In the same condition it was supplied in, in its original cover with a copy of the relevant invoice. Please note that any materials provided with the products must be returned free of charge .

Subject to the exceptions listed below, when you return your order or when you want to exchange it with certain other products, we will implement a refund process upon receipt of the returned / replaced products, excluding any delivery charges you paid. For the purpose of exchange, you need to submit a new delivery request.

In the event that we supply wrong products that do not match your request, are damaged or incorrect, we will offer you an alternative product or refund the full amount to you, including any delivery charges you paid. In all cases, you must return the wrong, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible.

You must be careful and careful in handling any products you wish to return and not using them. We are not responsible for any losses or damages that occur to the products while they are in your possession and in the solution they have been worn or washed as well.
